Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking Customer Service Specialists to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer questions, and recommend appropriate paint solutions.

Role involves resolving customer concerns promptly, maintaining high product quality visuals, and contributing to store sales goals. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred; overtime or weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
