Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs and suggest products/services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers and process sales accurately.
• Follow and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals while maintaining records.
• Stock shelves, set up displays, and prepare products for tinting and mixing as needed.
• Assist in deliveries and loading/unloading as required, maintain presentable areas.
