The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend solutions. You will resolve concerns promptly and stay current with product features to ensure high quality and presentation in-store.

This full-time role requires bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, a valid driver's license, and physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Some travel to nearby stores is expected, with a starting pay of $19.75 per hour.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English; Spanish preferred.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license; ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent sales service and build trust with customers.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, and present products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and follow policies.
• Maintain accurate work orders and inventories; restock and arrange displays.
• Support deliveries and loading/unloading as needed.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
