Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Harwich, MA is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in-store and over the phone, process sales, and ensure accurate transactions. You will help wholesale and retail customers select the right products, resolve concerns, and maintain store presentation.

Responsibilities include stock upkeep, tinting, and assisting with deliveries while staying current on product features to support the store in achieving its sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to retrieve material from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees require meeting expectations rating and HR Cloud course completion.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
