SRS Building Products - La Mesa is seeking a Customer Service Representative to engage directly with walk-in customers and support sales teams from the La Mesa, CA location. This on-site role emphasizes exceptional counter and phone service, bilingual communication, and accurate ERP/CRM transactions.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of customer service experience, familiarity with ERP/CRM systems, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience and phone handling skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and ERP platforms for order entry and cash transactions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team mindset.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Delivers outstanding service by handling inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person.
• Provides product information, resolves issues, and maintains accurate customer records.
• Engages walk-in customers with counter sales support and coordinates with sales, drivers, and warehouse teams for timely orders.
• Manages phone inquiries and processes transactions in the ERP system; identifies opportunities to drive sales.
• Upholds company values, ensures compliance, and leverages bilingual skills to enhance customer experience.
