SRS Distribution Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding counter and phone service at our Vancouver, WA location. You will collaborate with sales, drivers, and the warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment and great customer experiences.

The role emphasizes proactive customer engagement, accurate data entry in ERP/CRM systems, and opportunities for growth in sales or management within a dynamic, on-site office culture.

Formación

• Proven customer service experience with phone handling and walk-in inquiries.
• Experience using CRM and ERP systems for order entry and transactions.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to assist a diverse customer base.
• Able to pass background checks and comply with company policies.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers outstanding service by handling inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person.
