Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. in Coppell, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding counter and phone service, assist with sales, and coordinate with sales, drivers, and warehouse teams.

Ideal candidates are proactive, customer-focused, tech-savvy, bilingual in English/Spanish, and able to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment. Minimum 1–2 years of customer service experience, familiarity with CRM/ERP systems, and a valid driver’s license are required; ability to pass

Qualifications

• Proven customer service and phone handling experience.
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP platforms for order entry and cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding service by handling inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person.
• Provides product information, resolves issues efficiently, and maintains accurate customer records.
• Engages walk-in customers with counter sales and collaborates with sales, drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Manages phone inquiries, processes transactions in the ERP system, and identifies opportunities to grow sales.
• Upholds company values, ensures compliance, and uses bilingual skills to enhance customer experience.
