Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Store Associate to support retail customers and wholesale clients in Granbury, TX. You will help customers identify needs, present suitable products, and ensure a high level of satisfaction while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include assisting on the sales floor and over the phone, processing transactions, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing products, and supporting deliveries when needed. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. and handle up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
