Job summary

TS FITNESS is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver excellent bilingual (Spanish/English) customer service and administrative support for our members. You will handle issues over the phone, assist field employees with contracts, and provide feedback to the corporate team on the customer experience.

The role is temporarily remote and may require office presence on some days. Primary duties include handling calls and emails, processing cancellations/refunds, welcoming new members,

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional bilingual (Spanish/English) customer service and administrative support for our members, handling customer issues over the phone, assisting employees in the field with contract issues and providing insight and feedback to the corporate team regarding the customer experience. This position is temporarily remote and may have days where it is required to come into the office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer services issues via phone and email
• Inbound and outbound calls
• Process cancellations and refunds
• Conduct welcome calls for new members
• Process member requests
• Perform other duties as necessary

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of a high school education (or equivalent) required
• Must be fully bilingual (read, write, speak) - Spanish and English required
• 1-2 years customer service experience preferred.

WORK SCHEDULE

8:50am-6:00pm (M-F) 1 hour lunch break
