Edgar Almanzar Insurance Agency is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a State Farm Agent Team. You will deliver exceptional service by answering inquiries, processing policy changes, and coordinating with team members to meet community needs.

You will handle insurance claims, maintain client records, and proactively assist customers in finding solutions while demonstrating strong communication and relationship-building skills.
