Job summary

Dexian seeks a contingent customer service support associate to help with low‑complexity initiatives, review basic policies, and provide information to client personnel. You will receive supervisor direction and operate within defined parameters while developing understanding of customer service processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or training, military experience, or education.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with low complexity initiatives within Customer Service.
• Review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures with quickly obtainable answers.
• Provide information to client personnel in Customer Service.
• Perform call routing and triage to ensure proper handling of leads and requests.
• Route confirmed leads to dedicated sales consultants.
• Prioritize language needs via Spanish-speaking CS agents as needed.
• Maintain manual reporting since CRV does not currently support campaign setup for monitoring.
