Job summary

Dexory seeks a fluent Spanish-speaking Customer Success Manager to drive value for clients across North America using DexoryView. You will onboard customers, build strategic relationships, and lead trainings to enable data-driven decisions. Occasional travel and hands-on collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering are essential.

You will own Success Plans, monitor health metrics, and identify renewal and expansion opportunities while translating customer feedback into product enhancements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Success, Solutions Engineer, or Commercial post‑sales role.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving renewals, expansions, and long‑term account growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience in delivering onboarding, training, and customer‑facing workshops, both in person and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding, acting as the primary point of contact for smooth implementation.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and align DexoryView capabilities with their goals.
• Deliver customer training and workshops onsite and virtually.
• Create and manage Success Plans with KPIs and milestones.
• Monitor account health through usage data and engagement signals to drive retention.
• Own renewals and upsell opportunities and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
• Gather and report customer feedback to shape product development and enablement strategies.
