Job summary

Crafted Staff is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) for an entry‑level role. The position starts in person with hands‑on training and may transition to remote after ~90 days, based on performance.

You will handle calls in both languages, explain balances and payments, and document interactions. Paid training, coaching, and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• 6+ months of customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Ability to document customer interactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls in English and Spanish.
• Assist customers with account questions, balances, and payment options.
• Explain balances and available payment arrangements within guidelines.
• Enter notes and document interactions in internal systems.
• Meet KPIs for service quality, productivity, and accuracy.
• Follow FDCPA and consumer protection regulations and protect confidential data.
