CCF Family of Brands in Corinth, TX is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual). You will engage customers, process transactions, and promote financial services. The position emphasizes in-person service with on-site training and growth opportunities across our brands.

The role requires reliable, full-time attendance and a 40-hour workweek in a fast-paced retail environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and paid training is provided.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers and colleagues.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
  • Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office and related computer systems.
  • Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
  • Background check as per law.

Responsabilités

  • Connect with customers to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
  • Offer personalized financial services that fit customers' needs.
  • Enter and maintain customer data precisely in the POS system.
  • Support in-store and community events and maintain store appearance.
