CCF Family of Brands in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) to help customers access short-term financial solutions while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

This entry-level role offers hands-on training, a path for advancement across eleven brands, and a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, 401(k) matching, health insurance, and tuition assistance.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers.
• Meticulous data entry with accuracy.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance; vehicle to use during workday.
• Background check as per law.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Offer personalized financial services to fit customers' lifestyle.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system.
• Build new business with daily call campaigns.
• Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments.
• Attend in-store events and perform store tasks as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and meet cleanliness standards.
• Follow security procedures for opening/closing and vault control.
• Stay compliant with company policies and relevant laws.
