Job summary

CCF Family of Brands in Mansfield, TX is hiring a bilingual customer service representative (CSR) to assist our community with financial services. You will help with cheque cashing, money transfers, and payments while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English preferred for customer interactions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous data entry and attention to detail.
• Experience with POS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• At least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check conducted as part of hiring.
• Ability to meet physical demands of standing and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to build lasting relationships.
• Review and process customer transactions accurately.
• Provide personalized financial services to meet customer needs.
• Enter and maintain customer data in the POS system with accuracy.
• Support in-store campaigns and community events as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and adhere to cleanliness standards.
• Assist with cash handling and vault procedures per policy.
• Work a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends.
