CCF Family of Brands in Austin, TX is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist customers with financial services, process in-store transactions, and provide outstanding service. You’ll receive hands-on training and have opportunities to grow across eleven brands nationwide.

This full-time, in-person role requires at least 40 hours per week, a commitment to community engagement, and a courteous, detail‑oriented approach to every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication is essential.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Background check required and compliance minded.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Offer personalized financial services that fit customers' lifestyles.
• Enter and maintain customer information in a POS system with precision.
• Participate in daily call campaigns to build new business.
• Assist in customer account management and collections as needed.
