Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Round Rock, TX is hiring a bilingual Customer Service Representative to help customers access short-term financial solutions. You will handle transactions, answer questions, and build relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with phones, POS systems, Microsoft Office and related software.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background checks required by law.
• Ability to stand and handle basic physical tasks as needed.

Responsabilités

• Connect with customers to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions accurately.
• Maximize customer success by offering tailored financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer data in the POS system with integrity.
• Support daily call campaigns to develop new business.
• Assist with account management and collections by accepting payments.
• Occasionally perform on-site tasks, store errands, and community events.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to enhance the customer experience.
• Follow security procedures and opening/closing routines, including cash handling as needed.
• Stay compliant with company policies and local laws.
• Engage in ongoing training and adapt to product/process changes.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Complete additional duties as directed by leadership.
• Maintain a full-time schedule with in-person attendance, including weekends.
