Job summary

LDRM is seeking a Customer Service Representative to determine customer needs, answer inquiries, resolve problems, fulfill requests, and maintain our databases. This on-site role is located within 90 miles of the National Visa Center in Portsmouth, NH.

Qualifications require English/Spanish fluency, strong organizational skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to obtain a Secret-level federal clearance. Applicants will undergo background checks and a CSR assessment with minimum scores.
