LDRM, a joint venture of Lockwood Hills Federal (an Akima company) and DTSV, seeks a Customer Service Representative in Portsmouth, NH. You will determine customer needs, answer inquiries, and resolve issues while maintaining databases and ensuring data accuracy.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish fluency, strong organizational skills, and the ability to obtain a Secret-level clearance. On-site work with a comprehensive benefits package is provided.
