Speedy Cash in Los Angeles is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to assist customers with financial services, process transactions, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced store environment.

You will engage with a diverse community, participate in on-the-job training, and grow within a multi-brand organization. This role requires a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends.

Formación

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous data entry and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with customers to build lasting relationships.
• Review and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Provide personalized financial services to fit customers' needs.
• Enter and maintain customer data in the POS system.
• Assist in scheduling and in-store activities and events.
• Maintain store appearance and customer experience.
