Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry.
• Proficient with POS, phones, Microsoft Office, and computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check completed as per law.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success with personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information in a POS system.
• Build new business with daily call campaigns.
• Assist in account management and collections; manage appointments.
• Attend events and perform duties outside the office as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to enhance customer experience.
• Uphold compliance with policies and laws and stay updated on changes.
• Maintain a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends (40 hrs/wk).
