Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to help customers access short‑term financial services. You will handle transactions, provide in‑person service, and build relationships in a fast‑paced store environment.

This entry‑level role offers hands‑on training, career development, and opportunities to move across the brand network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check performed in accordance with applicable law.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role (standing, lifting up to 25 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information into a POS system with precision.
• Support daily call campaigns to build new business.
• Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments.
• Participate in on-site activities, store errands, and community events.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to enhance customer experience.
• Follow security protocols for vault and cash drawer management as needed.
• Uphold company policies and comply with laws and regulations.
• Engage in ongoing training and stay current on product changes.
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
