CCF Family of Brands in Castle Hills, TX is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to assist the local community with financial services. You will handle customer transactions, provide solutions, and deliver friendly service in English and Spanish.

We offer practical training, advancement opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical plans, 401(k), employee assistance, and paid time off. This is a full-time, in-person role with 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
• Background check required. All background checks are conducted, and their results are considered, in accordance with applicable law.
• The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.

• Maintain office security protocols and cash handling procedures as needed.
• Engage in ongoing training and stay current on product changes.
