Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative for our Plano, TX location to help customers access short-term financial solutions. You will assist with cheque cashing, money transfers and payments, provide excellent service, and participate in on-the-job training and development as we invest in your long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English to connect with customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous data entry and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and computer systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to use personal vehicle as needed.
• Must be 18+ years old (19+ in some states) and pass background checks.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role (standing, lifting up to 25 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system.
• Build new business through daily call campaigns.
• Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments.
• Perform on-site tasks, store errands, and participate in events as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Uphold company policies and comply with laws and regulations.
• Work a full-time, in-person schedule including weekends.
