Titlemax in Lubbock, TX is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) to help customers access short-term financial solutions and provide a high-quality in-store experience.

The role includes processing transactions, cross-brand training, and ongoing growth opportunities within a fast-paced, community-focused company. Training and advancement are emphasized, with full-time hours and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus professional demeanor with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
• Background check required.
• The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.

• Uphold compliance with Company policies and procedures, and all relevant laws and regulations.
