Job summary

• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable on customer accounts.
• Answer phones, manage emails, and operate office equipment.
• Perform other general office duties as assigned.

Job Location: JBBS - San Antonio, TX, Salary Range: $16.00Hourly, Carries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders and handling complaints, in a prompt, courteous and effective manner. Other responsibilities include phone duties, greeting visitors, scheduling and other clerical duties as directed. Candidate must be bilingual in Spanish language.

Responsibilities

• Process and input customer orders and purchase orders
• Check for product availability
• Assist Account Managers with orders and special requests
• Coordinate special, last minute shipping requests with transportation and operations department
• Ensure proper invoicing of accounts including issuing credits
• Work with Accounts Receivable about customer accounts
• Answer phone calls, keep up with daily emails and operate various types of office machines and computers necessary to perform duties
• Other general office duties as assigned
