Job summary

Johnson Bros. Bakery Supply, Inc. seeks a customer service specialist in San Antonio to respond to inquiries, process orders, and handle complaints with promptness and courtesy.

You will greet visitors, answer phones, schedule tasks, and assist Account Managers with orders and last-minute shipping requests, ensuring accurate invoicing and credits as needed.

Fluency in Spanish is required to serve a diverse customer base and collaborate across departments.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process and input customer orders and purchase orders.
• Check product availability and coordinate special shipping requests.
• Assist Account Managers with orders and last-minute requests.
• Ensure proper invoicing and credits for customer accounts.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and perform general office duties.

Carries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders and handling complaints, in a prompt, courteous and effective manner. Other responsibilities include phone duties, greeting visitors, scheduling and other clerical duties as directed.
