Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process and input customer orders and purchase orders.
• Check for product availability.
• Assist Account Managers with orders and special requests.
• Coordinate shipping requests with transportation and operations.
• Ensure proper invoicing and issue credits when needed.
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable on customer accounts.
• Answer phones, manage emails, and operate office equipment.
• Perform other general office duties as assigned.
