Job summary

AGM TOOLS is seeking a dedicated customer service representative in Houston. The role involves assisting customers, managing inquiries, and providing exceptional service both in person and via phone. Candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in sales or customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers in person and via phone
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information
• Analyze customer needs and recommend solutions
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and generate sales
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly
• Handle cashier drawer operations

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• 2-5 years of sales and customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills for diverse customers
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM or 8 AM - 6 PM, every other Saturday. 1-hour lunch.

Physical requirements: ability to carry, walk quickly, and stand for extended periods.
