Titlemax in Mansfield, TX is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to assist local customers with financial solutions and in-store transactions. You will build relationships, process payments, and provide a high-quality customer experience.

Training is provided to support your long-term success in this growth-focused environment. As a CSR, you’ll handle check cashing, money transfers, and payments while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional demeanor.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry.
• Proficient with POS system, phones, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; personal vehicle for workdays.
• Background checks per law.
• Physical ability to stand most of the time and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Offer personalized financial services to meet customer needs.
• Enter and maintain customer data in the POS system accurately.
• Support daily call campaigns to grow business.
• Assist in account management and payments; participate in store events.
• Maintain store appearance and security procedures; open/close tasks as needed.
• Work a full-time schedule including weekends and on-site shifts.
