Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company’s Store #3359 in Silver Spring, MD is recruiting a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in person and by phone, recommend products, process sales, and maintain store presentation. You will aim to achieve sales goals while delivering friendly, accurate service and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements include legal work authorization, fluency in English and Spanish, a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policy.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable store areas.
• Stock shelves, pull products, tint and mix as needed.
• Support deliveries and loading/unloading when required.
