The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking Customer Service Specialists to assist customers in-store and by phone, determine needs, and recommend products to meet those needs. The role emphasizes accuracy in transactions, and staying informed on product features to support sales goals.

Candidates should be 18+, legally eligible to work in the United States, able to read and speak English with Spanish ability, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must read, write, comprehend and communicate in English; Spanish ability required.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends, with or without accommodations.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have a "meets expectations" rating and completed HR Cloud eLearning.

Responsabilités

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately according to policy.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain accurate work order files and stocking.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; tint/mix products as needed.
