Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: 18+ years old, authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, able to read/write/speak English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends with or without accommodation.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams rating of at least meets expectations and HR Cloud eLearning completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to wholesale and retail customers.
• Assist customers in person and by phone; determine needs and suggest suitable products/services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Maintain accurate work order files and conditions of displays and inventory.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications and restock shelves as needed.
• Support deliveries and unloading as required.
• Stay informed about product features and options to aid customers.
