Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist at Store #3311 in Oxon Hill, MD. You will assist customers, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions to meet needs while driving sales and store standards.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, stocking displays, assisting with deliveries, and maintaining product knowledge. Must be 18+, bilingual in English and Spanish, and able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English; and in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and determine customer needs.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone, presenting suitable products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and follow store policies.
• Maintain shelves, displays, and product knowledge.
• Assist with deliveries and loading/unloading trucks as needed.
• Stay informed about product features and inventory.
• Help meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
