Job summary

Valto, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative based in Channahon, IL, to manage orders, respond to inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience from entry to delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of customer service experience, an associate degree in business or a related field, and fluency in English and Spanish, with Salesforce/AS400 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues, maintaining relationships with customers, prospects and internal stakeholders.
• Accurately process customer orders, pricing requests, quotations and account information.
• Communicate product information, availability, pricing, and guidance to customers.
• Monitor order fulfillment, shipment status, and delivery performance to keep customers informed.
• Maintain customer data, records, documentation, and CRM information.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Shipping and other departments to resolve concerns and improve processes.
