Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service in a collaborative environment.
• Enter customer orders on the day received and prepare price quotations.
• Track order fulfillment and communicate status to customers.
• Stay current on pricing, product design, and availability.
• Process EDI orders for assigned accounts.
• Support customer service policies and participate in KPI reviews.
