Job summary

Lovibond, Tintometer, Inc., based in Sarasota, FL, is seeking a Bi-lingual Customer Service Associate to join our team and help us put customers first by delivering excellent service and strong product experiences. Reporting to the VP of Operations and Supply Chain, you will handle order processing, shipping coordination, invoicing, and CRM data entry while maintaining accuracy and timely communication with customers.

Fluency in Spanish is required to support our diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via email, calls, and video to maintain and improve the experience.
• Review incoming purchase orders for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter sales orders into the ERP system and generate necessary documents.
• Respond to pricing and product availability inquiries.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production to trace or accelerate shipments.
• Enter leads and new contacts into CRM and maintain customer records.
