Job summary

Smith, a chemical manufacturing company in Arlington, TX, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service. You will respond to inquiries, process orders, and assist with shipments and issues that arise in daily operations.

In this role you will coordinate with sales, shipping, and CSR teams, enter purchase orders, track shipments, and communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Understanding written information in work related documents, emails. Such as but not limited to purchase orders, order acknowledgments, Bill Of Ladings, safety data sheets.
• Critical Thinking: Using logic and reasoning to identify / resolve issues that arise day to day.
• Communicating effectively in writing, email etiquette.
• Entering data into software accurately and correctly
• General computer skills proficient in Microsoft is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and pertaining sales rep by email, telephone, or in person to provide information about products or services, take and enter purchase orders and Obtain details of complaints.
• Coordinate and book shipments with logistic companies via emait/phone for daily shipments.
• Communicate effectively and clearly with shipping team daily.
• Work closely with direct CSR Team as well as team members from other facilities
