Adecco is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in the logistics industry to support domestic and international clients. Candidates must be fully bilingual (English and Spanish) and adept at handling inquiries, tracking orders, and resolving shipment issues.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other customer interactions in English and Spanish.
• Enter, track, and update shipment orders using TMS/WMS systems.
• Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Proactively resolve issues related to shipments, delays, documentation, and changes.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding shipment status and contracted services.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Meet key service metrics: response time, satisfaction, and order accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in customer service processes.
• Participate in training and stay updated on logistics services and procedures.
