Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years in customer service with 2–3 years in a supervisory role within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain.
• Proficiency with WMS, TMS, CRM and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: serve as the main escalation point for inquiries, delays, damages, and lost freight; lead regular check-ins and QBRs.
• Operational Coordination: verify inventory accuracy, resolve shipping discrepancies, and execute SOPs with warehouse/transport teams.
• Team Leadership & Development: set performance goals, conduct reviews, and foster a productive culture.
• Process Improvement: write/update SOPs, track KPIs, and identify root causes of fulfillment errors.
