Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a Customer Sales & Service Representative (CSSR) to deliver outstanding service to commercial and residential customers in a fast-paced retail environment in Rhode Island. You will help customers in person, over the phone, and online, manage orders, and support branch operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail/wholesale experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Green industry knowledge a plus.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers in person, by phone, or online orders.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and processes.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store tasks while maintaining safety.
