SiteOne Landscape Supply in Ohio is seeking bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representatives who are energetic and customer-obsessed. You will assist commercial and residential customers, process orders, pull inventory for pickup or delivery, and build strong relationships.

This role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, learning new technologies, and supporting branch leadership to improve performance. A high school diploma and willingness to lift up to 50 pounds are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual proficiency - English/Spanish preferred.
• Green industry knowledge a plus.
• Willing to learn new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Inventory management experience is helpful.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with questions and orders in person, by phone, or online.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Support branch leadership in implementing new technologies and processes.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, and store tasks while upholding safety.
