SiteOne Landscape Supply in Greer, South Carolina is seeking a Bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative (CSSR) to deliver outstanding customer experiences for commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You will build strong relationships, assist with in-person, phone, and online orders, and prepare inventory for pickup or delivery.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or wholesale experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and bilingual English/Spanish.
• Willing to learn and adopt new technologies and processes.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Green industry knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers
• Assist customers with questions and needs, in person, via phone or online ordering
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and ways of working
• Assist with merchandising, inventory, and store tasks while maintaining safety
