Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk‑in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will help retain and grow consumer and business relationships by assessing goals and needs, recommending deposits and other banking products, and processing transactions accurately with strong service.

This role emphasizes proactive relationship growth and collaboration across branches.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration/clerical role, or a bachelor’s degree.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.
• Cash handling skills preferred.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
• Being proficient in understanding and educating customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow‑up program, outbound calling, and referrals from customers and partners.
• Educating and referring customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build partnerships.
• Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrating acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
