Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year or more of customer service experience or military service in a related role.
• Bilingual Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, follow-ups, referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
