You will process transactions such as check cashing, money transfers, and payments, provide excellent service, and participate in training that supports long-term growth within a growing company that values people.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required for customer interactions and community outreach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
