Sherwin-Williams is hiring Customer Service Specialists to assist wholesale and retail customers, identify needs, answer questions, and recommend products. You will strive for outstanding service, resolve concerns, and support store sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include in-person and phone support, processing transactions, stocking displays, and maintaining product knowledge. Bilingual English/Spanish is valued; lifting up to 70 lbs may be required in some shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
