Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking Customer Service Specialists to assist wholesale and retail customers, identify needs, and recommend Sherwin-Williams products. You will resolve concerns promptly and aim for maximum customer satisfaction while supporting store sales goals.

Responsibilities include in-person and phone assistance, maintaining product knowledge, processing transactions, stocking displays, and aiding deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed.
