Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking Customer Service Specialists to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend solutions. You will help resolve customer concerns and support sales goals while maintaining product quality and store standards.

Responsibilities include servicing customers in person and over the phone, stocking displays, tinting/mixing products, and supporting deliveries as needed. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English.
Must be able to read, write, comprehend and communicate in Spanish.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
Stock shelves and set up displays.
Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries when needed.
